We have made arrangements to transport up to 200 people by bus directly to the port. Cost is $15/person. |

Proceed through the terminal and provide necessary paperwork, pick up your keys, and proceed down the gangway. Once aboard, meet us on the Lido deck for your "Welcome Aboard Package!" |
| 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Explore the Carnival Imagination
Walk around the ship, take tours, have lunch (its free, you know), sit back with an adult beverage, or just relax to the music on the Lido Deck. There's so much to see on this completely refurbished cruiseliner. You'll find a brand new water park, adult only area, mini golf, resort zero entry pool, and more. |
| 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Welcome Aboard Cocktail Party
Enjoy complimentary cocktails and get to know the group. We'll spend a few minutes outlining the schedule so you can make the most of your convention cruise vacation. This event will be held in the Criterion Lounge. |

Dress is business casual. Optional casual dining is available in the Horizon Bar & Grill, Pizzeria, or Sandwich Shop, all located on the Lido deck. Does your flight leave before 1pm? If so, you can leave early and avoid any line. You'll meet as a group in one of the lounges and proceed to the gangway first. Its just a few minutes by taxi back to the airport. |

Wait at your assigned area until your level and luggage color is called. Proceed through the gangway to pick up your luggage and re-enter the United States. Make sure to keep your passport on your person as you'll need it for re-entry. |
